I have always had a passion for motorsport, as did my father before me and as do two of my children.
Having started out in karting at the age of 13, I quickly moved on to Motocross competing in the AMCA category for a couple of years and finishing as an ‘Expert’ rider, I then moved into Rallying just at the end of the real Road Rallying era. As Road Rallying became more difficult I migrated towards Stage Rallying, mainly tarmac but with a spattering of Forest events. I finished 2nd in the Welsh Stage Championship in 1989 and won the Motoring News Gp N tarmac Championsip in 1990. Then in 1996 we built a GP A mini and finished 2nd in the British Rally Championsip despite 2 mechanical failures. The poor Mini wasn’t strong enough for modern stages and speeds!
Luca Demarchi, Italian, was born in Vercelli, on 4 February 1987, graduated as Doctor in Economy at UNIPMN Univeristy. Since he was child participates in karting races at amateur level (2000) and later at agonistic level (2005-2007), passing further to motorsport in 2008. Professional race driver since 2013.
Since a very young age, I have had a fascination with everything pertaining to cars, racing, and motorsport engineering. This probably stems from my father being an engineer himself. It is only after my subsequent successful career in the music business as the drummer with rock band Travis that I have had the opportunity to fulfil my passions for all things cars and racing.
Born in 1988 I started racing karts at the age of 9 with national success at Cadet, Junior and Senior levels. Spiralling costs meant that I had to stop racing karts at the age of 18, but not before having become a seeded driver at all levels, experienced driving instruction at Bedford Autodrome, and reached the final round of the Double Six Racing Scholarship.
Dave Cox started racing in 1979 and during the 80’s he competed in one make racing winning many races in the Renault 5 TS Challenge, Renault GT Turbo cup, Clio Cup. He also enjoyed the challenge of endurance racing competing in 24 Hour races here in the UK and in 1997 Dave joined Guy Povey racing a BMW M3 in the International Group N Endurance Championship racing at F1 circuits around Europe winning the Championship.

Ric owns and operates a specialist motor vehicle tuning, service and enhancement business in Sydney’s inner west building and running his own race vehicles. Ric has been active in motor sport since 1983.
