Since a very
young age, I have had a fascination with everything pertaining to cars, racing,
and motorsport engineering. This
probably stems from my father being an engineer himself. It is only after my subsequent successful
career in the music business that I have had the opportunity to fulfil my
passions for all things cars and racing.
I gained my
first MSA racing licence in 2007, since then I have competed in a wide range of
racing cars, prototypes, karts and even rally cars on an occasion. During this time I have experienced the highs
and lows of competition and mechanical failures, but the overriding enjoyment
has come from the complete appreciation of the art of driving.
At the
beginning of the year I gained my ARDS Instructor Licence and now work at
Oulton Park Circuit as an MSV Instructor.
This gives me the opportunity to gain more track time in the various
cars MSV have on hand and to meet new people.
I have also done some private coaching this season and as my instructor
hours increase, I will be able to apply my skills more exclusively.
The
following CV outlines my podiums and successes, from driving a post-war
Jaguar to a Wolf CN/LMP3 Prototype.
