The assets of Team Biland will be relocated and the assembly of engines will move to Dubai, UAE. The name Biland will be retained and the new owners will promote only 4-stroke karting. World Formula Engine

Development of Saxon's new World Formula Spec engine is progressing well. Preliminary Dyno work is now complete with the motor producing better torque and power figures than the existing Briggs & Stratton motor. Two motors are now on karts and undergoing reliability testing on the track. The only problem to date was an increase in the crankage pressure caused by the extra revs (7500rpm). This was causing the crankshaft oil seal to leak, but this has been cured by better breathing in the crank cases.

Saxon intend to carry out hundreds of hours of track testing over the next couple of months before the motor is offered for sale.
