Direct Drive Classes
Direct drive karts don’t have a gearbox. A right hand foot pedal operates the accelerator and a left hand pedal operates the brake. You can drive a direct-drive kart from the age of 8.
Cadet Classes
Comer Cadet
Age: 8 – 13
Minimum kart + driver weight: 99kg
Engine: 60cc Comer engine with Clutch Recoil starter
Karts in this class can compete in Super One’s MSA Championship.
Honda Cadet
Age: 8 – 13
Minimum kart + driver weight: 103kg
Engine: Honda Gx160 160cc four-stroke engine with clutch
arts in this class compete at various clubs.
WTP Cadet
Age: 8 – 13
Minimum kart + driver weight: 103kg
Engine: 60cc WTP sealed engine with clutch
Karts in this class compete at various clubs but mainly PFI.
Junior Classes
Honda Junior
Age: 11 – 17
Minimum kart + driver weight: 152kg
Engine: 2 x Honda Gx160cc (152kg) with clutch
MiniMax
Age: 11 – 17
Minimum kart + driver weight: 135kg
Engine: Rotax FR125 Junior Max (restricted to limit speeds!)
Karts in this class can compete in Super One’s ABkC Championship Rotax Max Series.
Saxon rebuilds engines in this class. We are also approved sealing agents.
Junior TKM – 2-stroke
Age: 11 – 17
Minimum kart + driver weight: from 120kg
Engine: TKM BT82 100cc restricted Piston-Port engine with optional clutch.
Karts in this class can compete in Super One’s ABkC Championship TKM Series and at club level.

Junior Gearbox
Age: 13 – 17
Minimum kart + driver weight: 155kg
Engine: TM85 MC and Honda CR80, 6 speed
Junior Rotax
Age: 13 – 17
Minimum kart + driver weights: 148kg
Engine: Rotax FR125 Junior Max
Karts in this class can compete in Super One’s ABkC Championship Rotax Max Series.

Senior Class
Biland SA250
Minimum kart + driver weight: 170 kg (Heavyweight 185kg)
Age: 16+
Karts in this class can compete in the F6 championship, the Saxon Biland Championship and the Super Series together with club meetings. It’s a high performance, low maintenance 4 stroke class.
Saxon are the UK importers for Biland.
Honda Senior
Age: 16+
Minimum kart + driver weight: 175kg
Engine: 2 x Honda Gx160 160cc 4-stroke engines with clutch
Formula TKM Extreme – 2-stroke
Age: 16+
Minimum kart + driver weight: 144kg or 152kg
Engine: TKM BT82 115cc piston-port engine with optional clutch, optional TAG.
Karts in this class can compete in Super One’s ABkC Championship TKM Series.

Rotax Max 125
Age: 16+
Minimum kart + driver weight: 162kg
